ECOMServices helps small businesses complete GST, MSME, and e-commerce marketplace registrations, filings, and related setup. We act as a facilitator on your behalf — we are not a government body, and we are not Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents when applying for a service. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility.
Processing Times
Once we submit your application, final approval and processing timelines are controlled by the relevant government department or marketplace platform, not by us. We follow up on your behalf but cannot guarantee a specific completion date.
Fees
Pricing for each service is communicated to you directly before you proceed. Any government or third-party fees (where applicable) are separate from our service fee and will be clearly stated.
Your Data

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, rejections, or outcomes decided by government departments or marketplace platforms. Our responsibility is limited to accurately preparing and submitting your application based on the information you provide.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service request if the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or if the request falls outside the services we offer.
